The name I would like to submit is….Purrfect Angel. I chose this because I have 2 sweet little kitty girls who are siblings. About 5 years ago, one of my little ones had a tumor on her left hind leg which had to amputated. The night before surgery I had to leave her at the vet. When I took her from the kennel, I was sobbing uncontrollably and was hugging her tightly. She took her front paw and put it around my neck as if to tell me all is well. Today, she and her sister still come to bed at night when I turn off the lights and say…..Angels

Momma Kitty was 24 when she died a few months ago. She was my son’s cat, who died at age 16, my only child. MK was my last real connection to my son. She was like a child and I miss her so much. MK was my shadow, and always knew if something was bothering me. It was so hard to let go of her. She was never sick until right at the end. I held her in my arms as she took her last breath. I have been looking for a very special pin and have not found one. This one is perfect! That is why I think it deserves to be named the Momma Kitty pin.

would name her Feather…. a kitten is light as a feather, the beautiful angel has feathers…and I always loved the poem….hope is a thing with feathers, that perches in the soul… feathers represents something beautiful, that gives birds and angels flight….. I would name this angel; Bella’s angel. I chose this name because the angel represents my friend Chris who died of Lymphoma. She loved to wear flowing skirts and was such a kind hearted woman. She was only 44 when she passed. Her last days were spent in such pain with her faithful cat Bella by her side. Bella never gave up hope and loved to visit Chris in the hospital during her chemo treatments. Bella brought such a smile to Chris’s face. After Chris passed Bella was adopted by Chris’s sister, Susan. Bella reminds Susan everyday that her guardian angel (Chris) is watching over them.

I would name this angel Emilia in honor of a close friend who is currently under treatment for stomach cancer. She fighting the battle heroically and with courage during a difficult and very painful time.
