Love Them Anyway.Love Them Anyway.

While I was researching the song “Anyway”by Martina McBride,I came across the poem.  According to my research,it was originally written by a college student named Kent Keith in 1968.  The poem is called “The Paradoxical Commandments”.  The version written in the picture above  is posted on a sign on the wall of Shishu Bhavan, Mother Teresa’s orphanage in Calcutta.  This version has left out two of the original paradoxical commandments –“Think big anyway”and “Fight for a few underdogs anyway”.  Although it is somewhat changed from the original version,I really like this version,so I have included it here for you to read.  Seems like “Love them Anyway”should be one of the paradoxical commandments as well,so I’ve added that as my title.  Enjoy…
